indagine sulla soddisfazione dei corsisti |
Nel primo bimestre
del 2006 è stata condotta un’indagine a tappeto sulla “soddisfazione
dell’utente”, utilizzando il modulo di questionario disponibile sul sito.
Dai 3.269 soci, con quasi 4.500 frequenze, sono pervenute 1.367 risposte che
costituiscono un campione significativo poiché rappresentano il 41,61% della
popolazione. Inoltre, i dati provengono da 165 corsi su 318 attivati (51,89%)
in cui sono coinvolti 98 docenti su 181 (54,14%). La prossima indagine “a
tappeto” sarà attivata nell’Anno Accademico 2007-2008.
L’indagine era
finalizzata alla qualità. Dei risultati sono stati informati i docenti: “di
inziativa” laddove le risposte suggerivano una possibilità di miglioramento del
servizio oppure “in risposta” a loro legittime richieste di visionare i dati. A
fronte di un’indicazione di “scarso” sono state raccolte anche le motivazioni.
Nel primo
bimestre del 2010 è stata condotta indagine analoga. Dai 3.108 soci, con quasi
5.000 frequenze, sono ritornati 2.419 questionari pari al 77,83%.

nella tabella che segue, viene fornito sui dati generali: i dati analitici sono
disponibili esclusivamente per le riflessioni della Direzione e dei Docenti.
